One thing that makes our space unique, is that we are
happy to let your group feel as AT HOME as possible. You will
have use
of the kitchen or BBQ grills to prepare your own dinners or food
as you
wish. Or we can work in meals for you as part of the package
price.
Think of our house as your own!
When a group rents the house, we will offer a package price for all the suites. Please contact us with your details and we will put together a custom price just for your group. If your group requires more suites than we have available, we can accommodate a few more guests by converting our Garden Meeting room into another suite. This space also has its own bathroom. |

If you are planning a party for a large group and want a
unique space to mingle and socialize, we offer the house and
grounds as a party venue as well.
The yard makes the perfect outside room for a theme party or class reunion in warm weather. Dinner seating can be set up for groups up to 250 people in our tiered tent area. Or, if you have a cocktail party in mind, we can accommodate groups up to 400 with high top tables and mingle space in the open yard. The house also has an open floor plan with doors out to the grounds on three sides to allow good flow for large events, and spaces for all of your guests to mingle and circulate. The house has a total of 7 bathrooms for use by your guests without having to bring in portable toilets. For very large groups, portable toilets can be brought in as well. |

In cold or inclement weather, the house itself can
accommodate up to 80 people for a cocktail style party or
Holiday Party. The house is equipped with two kitchens that are
available for you or your caterer to use before and during the
party. The house can be rented with or without the accompanying suites. The four guest suites can be rented along with the house for an overnight stay the night of the party. In this case, we offer a special package price for use of the rooms. Parties can be held between 2pm and 2am. |
