Meetings/Retreats

Since Orchard Hill sits on 80 acres, we have ample space for various forms of group activities. For a group retreat, the space allows both inside and outside spaces for meetings, activities, games, and general exploring and contemplation.

The yard itself consists of 3 acres of gardens and mowed lawn space for general use. The remaining 77 acres can be used for team games, sports, exploring, or whatever your group may want to participate in. We also have designated walking trails, a ½ acre pond, and bon fire areas.

Business Meetings/Retreats

The Garden Room can be set-up to accommodate 30 in classroom style or group meeting style. The lush draperies over the garden doors block out all natural light to make this space perfect for presentations and training instruction. We have a pull down projector screen for training and presentations. Between training sessions, the attached patio is conveniently located for breaks, overflow, and smoking.

For this space, water and coffee for your meeting and breaks are provided in the cost of the room. At your request we can also arrange for lunch service provided by local restaurants or caterers.

For a smaller board meeting or team building session, we can also set up the Garden Room with a board room table and chairs. This allows up to ten for small group retreats. The main living room also is available for casual comfortable meetings that seat up to 15. This space is very flexible and provides a stress-free relaxed atmosphere for your meeting.

	Weekdays - ½ day pricing (8am – 12pm**)	$300.00 *
	Weekdays - Full day pricing (8am – 5pm)	$350.00 *

	Weekends - ½ day pricing (8am – 12pm**)	$400.00 *
	Weekends - Full day pricing (8am – 5pm)	$450.00 *

Use of the Living Room meeting space:

	Weekdays - ½ day pricing (8am – 12pm**)	$300.00 *
	Weekdays - Full day pricing (8am – 5pm)	$350.00 *

	Weekends - ½ day pricing (8am – 12pm**)	$400.00 *
	Weekends - Full day pricing (8am – 5pm)	$450.00 *

** Half days can be 8am-12pm or 12pm-4pm

Youth/Church Retreats

To accommodate youth groups and retreats, the Garden Room can be set to seat up in a casual lounge arrangement or with chairs in a circle for discussion purposes. The space can be used for overnights as well, with youth sleeping on air mattresses in the Garden Room or setting up tents to camp outside. (camping gear and mattresses not provided)

For youth gatherings, we can provide a continental breakfast in the morning for $3 per guest. Continental breakfast consists of milk, orange juice, coffee, bread, jelly, bagels & cream cheese, fruit, and donuts.
