The house is designed in the Arts and Crafts Bungalow style.  The accents with wood detailing and the stone base gives the new construction a feel of early 20^th century charm.  There are interesting and attractive views from all sides of the house with porches and exterior spaces on each side.  These offer a variety of outdoor ‘rooms’.  Each porch becomes a unique space with a different mood and varying vistas of the surrounding landscape.  Choose a sunny porch for basking in the sun or a shaded covered portico to feel the cool breeze while reading a good book.

The main rooms of the house are decorated in a rustic old world style with warm earthtones and natural hues.  The rooms connected in an open layout and allow your eye to easily flow from one to the next.  This also lends itself well to parties and gatherings where the flow of the space is important for social mingling.

As you enter the house in the entry hall, you are greeted by the marble floors and Tuscan inspired walls.  The entry hall leads into the two story greatroom with a woodstove and upper library.  The spiral staircase allows you to grab a book from the shelves and come back down to sit in front of the fire.  Off the greatroom is the formal dining room.  This leads into the main living room.  The living room is anchored by an entire wall of built-in cabinetry and media area.  With the 52” HD TV and fireplace as focal points, this space is a truly warm and inviting space to watch your favorite movie.  This area flows into the breakfast niche and kitchen.  The kitchen leads you back to the entry hall to complete an entire circle.
